K-State Ag provides students with the opportunity to excel. Student do not only work to achieve in academically, but they also engage in excellence outside of the classroom.

Clubs and Organizations

Friends become family and K-State transforms from your school to your home when you get involved! K-State Ag students engage with other students in their major, department, college and university through more than college and university student groups. Each year, hundreds of students grow in leadership, professional development and organization as they serve in officer roles within their respective organizations.

Competition Teams

K-State has a strong tradition of nationally competitive teams. Intercollegiate competition teams provide opportunities to apply classroom knowledge to real-life situations. Participation prepares students to be successful, while strengthening bonds with their teammates, advisors and industry.

Part-time jobs

College is expensive - after all, you're responsible for tuition, books, food, gas, rent, game tickets and, of course, some spending money. A part-time job is an ideal way to gain related work experience and earn some cash. On-campus part-time jobs are available at the department, college and university levels -- and provide you a flexible schedule and opportunities to learn an explore different fields of interests!
